How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and varies by product. Current United States rates:

PosePerfect mats: Standard Delivery is $13.09 for one mat and $18.48 for two mats (including the Family & Volume Pack). Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days.

T-shirts: flat $4.99.

Sweatshirts: flat $8.50.

Books: $6.95. Book orders of $75 and up ship free in the US.

Digital downloads: no shipping charge.
International: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Delivery time
PosePerfect mats typically arrive in 5–10 business days. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support@failupinc.com or call (305) 424-8626 (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm ET).
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of purchase, contact support for a full refund (excludes customer address errors or missed parcel deliveries).
Returns
Defective or not-as-described items: we cover return shipping and replace ASAP. Non-defective returns within 15 days of delivery in original packaging: 30% restocking fee.
