Shipping Policy
How much does shipping cost?
United States: Flat $6.95 on orders under $75. Orders $75 and up ship free within the US.
International: Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Processing time
Most products are made to order. We process orders in 2–3 business days (includes production).
Delivery time
After processing, US delivery typically takes about 4–5 business days . You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact support@failupinc.com or call (305) 424-8626 (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm ET).
If your order has not arrived within 60 days of purchase, contact support for a full refund (excludes customer address errors or missed parcel deliveries).
Returns
Defective or not-as-described items: we cover return shipping and replace ASAP. Non-defective returns within 15 days of delivery in original packaging: 30% restocking fee.
